Charge for non-existent shore excursion

Seabourn Ovation 17Mar-24Mar Susan Beal & Susan James Suite 548 Disembarkation - our flight not till 8pm so recommended on the Tuesday we spend the day at Copacabana by the Seabourn Square team with private transport from the ship. On Saturday we realised we had no confirmation of this arrangement at Copacabana so contacted the team & eventually got that very early Sunday morning, didnt think to question the transport arrangement. On disembarkation no transport in our name and finally a helpful member of the port staff found us a minibus going there with other passengers for which we paid 10$. We paid the Beach Club for our stay there and for a taxi to the airport. On our statement there is a charge of 160$ for a Shore Excursion on the 24th??? Please organise a refund for this amount immediately.

Resolved: Watch purchased on Seabourn Quest in September- broken upon receipt and chasing warranty department

My husband and I were on a Seabourn cruise through eastern Canada in late September, 2023. On September 19, I purchased a pre-owned Rolex watch through the gift shop for $5600. The salesman told me how to wind the watch and at no time did he tell me that the watch was from 1976. That was not an issue except when we arrived home and opened the package, the watch would not wind. In fact, we could not get the winding piece to even open when closed. On approximately October 5 after contacting the warranty company, WLXT in LA, I sent my watch back to the attention of Robert Klapper to be fixed. He assured me that it would be fixed promptly and that they would teach me how to wind it properly. I chased Robert for 2 months. After not answering my emails and calls repeatedly, he contacted me to say he had been sick and apologized. Then as time progressed, he apologized that the watchmaker was sick. I was very patient for 2 months, to say the least. When I didn't hear from Robert again, I sent him an email saying that if I didn't get my watch back, I was contacting American Express and Seabourn. He responded by saying it was being sent back to me on November 27 (I believe that's the exact date) and I have not yet received my watch. I sent an email to Robert a few days ago with no answer. I then contacted their customer service and the out of office email said the woman would return on January 2. I am very frustrated and upset. Please call or send me an email assuring me that you will take care of this and get me my watch. Otherwise, I will contact Seabourn and American Express directlyl I feel like I was deceived when purchasing the watch and that it is not being returned to me as promised by a warranty company. I am reading the document from Harding retail. I contacted them the minute I arrived home from the cruise. I either want the same watch that works easily or a refund. I am entitled to this. Hello- We have just returned from the 7-day Glacier Bay & Canadian Inside Passage cruise on the Seabourn Odyssey - Booking #CMXC8R. We are following up on an excursion cancellation executed and refund promised while onboard. To date, we have not seen the credit, nor an email confirmation of cancellation. Details Excursion Date: Thursday, 9/7/23; 1pm Excursion Name: Zodiac Cormorant Marine Park - Reference #1673**** Cost: $500 (2 people @ $250/ea) Details: On 9/7/23, the first two zodiac excursions were cancelled due to fog and ensuing safety concerns. We spoke with both an expedition team member and a Seabourn Square representative who both expressed the likelihood that the last tour would be cancelled due to safety concerns, as well. The Seabourn Square representative suggested we cancel the excursion, so we could proceed with /plan for the remainder of our day. The Seabourn Square representative cancelled our excursion and explained the cost would be credited back to our original form of payment. Issue: To date, we have not seen the credit, nor an email confirmation of cancellation. If the credit to our account takes 7-10 days, an email confirmation assuring this will be credited, will be appreciated. Thanks so much for your assistance!

Missed plane cancellation

They are useless when there is a problem. There is little to no communication between departments. I have been on the phone with them for hours last night a for the better part of the day today. They still have not resolved the problem. They promised that they would get back to me by the end of the day. Person handling problem went home never bother to work out problem. I would never use either Seabourn or Flightease again.. A truly disconcerting experience

No follow up by Seabourn. It’s like a never existed. Fortunately I received my lost bag in BA before flying back to USA.

Very annoyed. Family of 3 with 6 bags total had one bag sent to AEP Airport even though all tags were labeled EZE. Had to wait 2.5 hours for bag to be found & transported to EZE. Ridiculous!!! Seabourd 3rd party gracious but how does this happen.? Very difficult hoppling around airport with injured knee. TAUCK would have provided better service.

Need help with getting home from cruise

My mother is stuck in Singapore and needs help getting a flight home. No one has responded to her requests. She became ill at the end of the cruise, went to a hospital for two days and is now in a hotel, Furama. Her confirmation number is CRWCRW. She needs help getting airline reservations ASAP.
